Garden State Hospitality Group is in the early stages of developing a new 90,000SF complex, including a 25,000SF Indoor Aquatic Recreation Center, a 65,000SF Best Western Premier Hotel, as well as an accompanying restaurant (Tony Roma’s) and banquet center on seven acres located on a main corridor in New Jersey.
